Payment Policies
Please pay before you Book
Our main concern is your child's learning, it's important to us that we spend our time and energy focused on students rather than sending payment reminders etc. For this reason, all sessions must be paid for at the time of booking.
- Please buy any package and pay by your preferred method of payment before you book.
- 'Pay Book' means students, parents must pay for all the sessions which are being booked prior to session commencement.
- We need confirmation of payment from you for the sessions you have paid.
- Then provide us days, date and time slots you want us to book the sessions.
- EMT is not responsible if time slots beyond your prior booked and paid sessions are taken. Please keep an eye on your bookings.
- It is urgent that payment section, in particular, must be clearly understood by both the parent/guardian, as well as the student.
- Where a student is late or shortens a tutorial full payment for the tutorial must still be made.
- If a student fails to attend without notice the fee will be charged
- 10% Late fee will be charged if the student is failed to make the payment the session on time according to our payment policies.
- All payments are inclusive of GST.
Tutorial Policies
- Scheduled tutorials are a minimum of 60 minutes in length.
- Scheduled tutorials may be requested during term breaks and summer holidays, as arranged mutually between the tutor and student/parent/guardian.
- Weekly tutorials continue until the student/parent/guardian notifies of the termination date. The notice must be supplied in writing a minimum of 7 days prior to the final tutorial.
- Casual tutorials are scheduled at the students' request.
- Please remember that previously available tutors and tutorial times may not always be available.
- Casual tutorials must be arranged mutually between the tutor and student/parent/guardian.
- In the case of sickness or another emergency, we still need adequate notice in order to give that time to a waiting student.
- Please Note: legally we can't do assessments on behalf of students.

- Please monitor your own bookings. This is to ensure that all students are automatically re-enrolled for next term for the same day and time slot including holidays/term breaks. If you want to stop your child attending or if you want to make changes into day and time of your child's session time please give a minimum of two weeks' notice.
Cancellation Policies
- A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if a student is unable to attend a booked session.
- If a student fails to attend without notice the fee will be charged, to avoid this from happening she/he must book in for a "Makeup Session" within the same week. In case of sickness or other emergencies, we still need adequate notice in order to give that timeslot to a waiting student.
